What is CorporateOS?

CorporateOS is an AI-powered sales operations platform: B2B prospecting from public web data is the core workflow, with optional B2C campaigns (social/review signals, credits, workspace-gated) when enabled. It covers discovery, scoring, CRM sync, and—from the Growth plan—approval-first email outreach.

How does CorporateOS generate leads?

For B2B, AI discovers companies and contacts from public data against your ICP—every record gets context, scoring, and proof links. For B2C (if enabled), campaigns pull consumer prospects from public social and review signals. Nothing relies on you uploading purchased lists.

What is B2C prospecting in CorporateOS?

An optional in-app mode for workspaces it is activated on. It discovers consumer prospects from public social and review signals, runs on credits, and follows the same compliance posture as B2B (audit trails, suppression, no open/click tracking). There is no separate consumer marketing site—everything happens inside CorporateOS.

What is approval-first sending?

Approval-first sending means no email leaves CorporateOS without your explicit sign-off. AI drafts personalized sequences, but every message enters an approval queue for human review before sending. This protects your domain reputation and ensures quality.

Can CorporateOS send follow-up emails automatically?

CorporateOS generates follow-up sequences using AI, but they still go through the approval queue. You can approve entire sequences at once or review each email individually. Send scheduling and rate limits are configurable per campaign.

Does CorporateOS deduplicate leads across campaigns?

Yes. CorporateOS uses multi-key deduplication across company name, domain, email, and phone - both within a single campaign and across all your campaigns. You never contact the same company twice from different campaigns.

What is the Offers module?

The Offers module lets you create personalized proposals for qualified leads using their company data and context. Offers can be sent as part of your email sequence or as standalone communications.

Can I import my existing leads?

Yes. CorporateOS supports bulk lead import with automatic deduplication against your existing database. Imported leads go through the same scoring and enrichment pipeline as platform-generated leads.

How does AI scoring work?

CorporateOS scores leads based on company fit (industry, size, technology), data completeness, and custom criteria you define. Scores help you prioritize the highest-potential leads, increasing conversion rates.

How much does CorporateOS cost?

Starter €549/month or €399/month billed annually; Growth €1,799/month or €1,249/month billed annually; Pro €3,795/month or €2,649/month billed annually; Enterprise is custom. Plans use credits (4k / 16k / 50k per month on monthly billing for Starter / Growth / Pro—annual billing has larger pools; see corporateos.io/pricing).

What is included in the Starter plan?

Starter includes prospect building, AI scoring, CRM sync for HubSpot, Zoho, and Pipedrive, exports/sheets, audit trails, and DNC handling—4,000 credits per month on monthly billing. Campaign email and approval-first sending start on Growth.

Which plan includes CRM integrations?

HubSpot, Zoho, and Pipedrive sync ships on Starter–Pro SaaS plans per corporateos.io/pricing. For Notion, Google Sheets, or other connectors, check corporateos.io/integrations for what your workspace can enable.

Is there a free trial?

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact hello@corporateos.io for plan changes.

Compliance & Security

Is CorporateOS GDPR compliant?

CorporateOS is designed with GDPR-oriented compliance: European data hosting, full audit trails with proof links, system-wide DNC enforcement, built-in opt-out handling, no open/click tracking, and configurable data retention. Final compliance depends on your jurisdiction and campaign settings.

Does CorporateOS track email opens or clicks?

No. CorporateOS does not use open tracking pixels or click tracking. This is a deliberate choice for privacy and deliverability - tracking pixels can trigger spam filters and raise privacy concerns under GDPR.

Where is my data hosted?

All CorporateOS customer data is hosted in Europe by design, using European data centers for storage and processing to support GDPR data residency requirements.

What audit trails does CorporateOS provide?

Every lead has a complete timeline: discovery date, data sources, enrichment applied, AI scoring rationale, email interactions (drafts, approvals, sends), and opt-out status. Proof links verify the original source of each data point.

How are opt-outs handled?

Opt-outs are enforced system-wide across all campaigns. When a contact opts out via the /unsubscribe endpoint, they are automatically blocked from all current and future outreach. Blocklists are checked before every send.

Integrations & Technical

What CRM integrations are supported?

Core CRM sync covers HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and Pipedrive with bi-directional sync, deal stages, custom fields, and activity logging on standard plans. Notion, Sheets, and other integrations depend on workspace setup—see /integrations. REST API, webhooks, Zapier, and Make are on higher tiers (API from Pro).

Do I need to install any software?

No. CorporateOS is fully web-based. Access it through your browser at corporateos.io - no downloads, plugins, or desktop software required.

Does CorporateOS have an API?

Yes. REST APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make are supported for automation. API access is included on the Pro plan; Enterprise packages are custom.

How does data enrichment work?

CorporateOS uses multi-provider enrichment with fallback chains. When a lead is discovered, multiple data sources are queried for company info, contacts, and tech stack. If one provider lacks data, the next is queried automatically.
